Shotgun Start: 1:00 pm
Individual Player: $125 (Added to a team on the day of the tournament)
Team of Four: $500
Mulligans: 2 for $40 (Provided with new ACCD memberships)

Includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, lunch, door prizes, swag bags, and cash prizes to the top two teams.
